Shipping Policy

Shipping & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are unable to modify or intercept shipments once they have been dispatched.

Packaging
All items are securely wrapped in paper or placed in a box, then covered with a protective plastic bag.
To reduce environmental impact, we do not offer hat boxes. Instead, we use clean, recycled boxes whenever possible.

Shipping Rates & Insurance
Standard shipping rates for hats do not include insurance. If you require insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
For custom orders, travel, holidays, or other special circumstances, we will notify you of any changes to the expected shipping date.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Canada
Estimated delivery: up to 14 business days.

United States
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days via Canada Post.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

International
Delivery times for hats, corsages, and bags vary depending on the destination.
International buyers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been made. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • The item was lost during delivery

  • The item arrived completely damaged and cannot be worn

  • The item you received is different from what you ordered

If your order falls under one of these exceptions, please contact us and return the damaged or incorrect item before we issue a refund or send a replacement.

On-Hold Policy
Items may be held for a maximum of 5 days.

For Non-Canadian Orders
Please note that international buyers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which vary by country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
